Your Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated individual for an exciting opportunity to join our Clinical Innovation and Projects Team in Calgary. This role focuses on supporting research initiatives within Diagnostic Imaging (DI). Key responsibilities would be: Receive and process research intake requests. Utilize specialized software to de-identify DI imaging data for research purposes. Collect and review DICOM images from the provincial enterprise imaging system. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of imaging data to researchers. This position will be part of Acute Care Alberta effective April 1, 2025. Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

1-year experience in Alberta Health Services.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with DICOM standards and medical imaging workflows. Experience with de-identification tools/software for health data. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information securely. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Research experience is an asset.
