Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Neonatal Resuscitation Program. Minimum 2 years nursing experience within the last 5 years in a level II or level III NICU.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience will be considered. CNE or Nurse Clinician experience in last 2 years. NRP Instructor. Experience with in-service/program development, delivery & measurement of learning outcomes. Experience leading quality improvement & change management. Quality Improvement certification (AIW Yellow/Green Belt, or equivalent). Change management certification (PROSCI or equivalent). Leadership development courses last 2 years. Knowledge of adult learning principles.
