Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in acute inpatient Addiction and Mental Health required. Previous experience with a variety of treatment modalities in mental health required. Previous experience championing or rolling out initiatives required. Previous experience in a teaching or education role preferred. Proven exemplary communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are required. Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities, along with the ability to work effectively in a self-directed environment are required. Demonstrated skills in conflict management.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience with a variety of research methodologies preferred.
