Post-secondary degree in a health care profession, business, or related field. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare project management, with a strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies. Experience coordinating and leading teams through project planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. Formal education, training or experience in project management and/or change management and/or process improvement. Post-Secondary Diploma or Certification in project management and/or change management and/or process improvement. from an accredited institution. Advanced computer sills in MS Office Suite, including MS Teams and Visio. The Centre utilizes Microsoft suite of tools that are embedded within Teams channels.
Additional Required Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a unique project environment with limited resources and subject matter expert availability. Exceptional verbal, written and listening skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences across all levels of the organization. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience developing materials to convey information and support knowledge transfer. Proven ability to work independently within a large, complex organization, engaging multiple stakeholder groups with varying expertise. Advanced critical thinking, decision-making, and innovative problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage ambiguity, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Experience assessing, defining, implementing, and sustaining workflows and process improvements. Comfort and competence supporting and implementing virtual care modalities.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Virtual health initiatives (e.g., Remote Patient Monitoring) Broad understanding of healthcare systems and related challenges. Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Highly developed presentation and facilitation skills
