Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with the applicable Alberta regulatory college.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Supervised training and 3-5 years experience in Mental Health Assessment and Treatment with the Adolescent and/or Emerging Adult population. Authorized to perform Psychosocial Intervention required. Advanced DBT Treatment Skills required. Experience delivering Interpersonal Therapy Groups required. Trauma informed training and experience required. Advanced knowledge of DSM V required. Experience providing staff capacity building training and appropriate change-management skills required. Knowledge of community resources required. Experience delivering single-session and/or brief therapy modalities is required. Clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and system navigation and case management required. Demonstrated commitment to Family and Client Centered Care required. Excellent communication, flexibility, problem-solving and organizational skills required. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience delivering care virtually preferred. Trauma intensive training preferred. Level 1&2 training in CPS preferred. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with community partners preferred. Experience working in patient engagement and program development preferred. Brain Story Certified preferred. Must have a calm, warm and engaging style. Ability to work independently and meet necessary deadlines. Experience in program planning, evaluation and/or research preferred.
