Completion of master's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with the applicable Alberta regulatory college.
Additional Required Qualifications:Supervised training and 3-5 years experience in Mental Health Assessment and Treatment with the Adolescent and/or Emerging Adult population. Authorized to perform Psychosocial Intervention required. Advanced DBT Treatment Skills required. Trauma informed training and experience required. Current knowledge and experience using of a range of clinical modalities including individual, family & group intervention is required. Advanced knowledge of DSM V required. Knowledge of community resources required. Experience delivering single-session and/or brief therapy modalities is required. Ability to facilitate referrals and connect families to appropriate resources required. Experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and related behavioural, cognitive and social issues required. Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and system navigation and case management required. Demonstrated commitment to Family and Client Centered Care required. Must have a calm, warm and engaging style. This position has been identified and is anticipated to transition to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024. Preferred Qualifications:Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills required. Ability to work independently and meet necessary deadlines. Trauma intensive training. Level 1&2 training in Collaborative Problem Solving. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with community partners. Experience working in patient engagement and program development. Brain Story Certified preferred. Ability to be flexible and manage change. Experience in program planning, evaluation and/or research.
