Required Qualifications:

CHIMA certification and/or a bachelor’s degree in health/health informatics or a related field (or equivalent experience). 6-8 years of progressive leadership in health information management/health informatics in a complex health care environment. Proven ability to manage large-scale organizational transformation, strategic initiatives, and financial stewardship. Proven ability to lead teams in the transition to and sustainment of provincial practices, processes and workflows in an eHIM (C) environment. Strong leadership skills, ability to influence, inspire, and build confidence in diverse teams.


Additional Required Qualifications:

As Required.


Preferred Qualifications:

PROSCI Change Management Certification. Experience in the implementation and optimization of electronic Clinical Information Systems (CIS) (Connect Care preferred).
