An Accounting Designation (CPA), MBA or Post-graduate degree in Accounting, Business, Mathematics, Economics or a related discipline. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in an accounting, financial planning, or financial advisory role including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in the health or government sector. Ability to solve unique and complex problems. Demonstrated leadership abilities and change management skills. A strong commitment to operating within a team environment and the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals. Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with others. Demonstrated ability to work comfortably in an ambiguous environment, including having strong time. management and organizational skills. Experience in presenting to all levels of an organization including at a senior level.
