Required Qualifications:

A post-secondary degree in Volunteer Resources/Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Management in Human and Social Services or an equivalent of experience, education, and training may be considered. Supervisory experience is required. 1-3 years of personal volunteer experience is required. Safe Food Handling for Alberta licensing required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experiences in a similar leadership role within a volunteer environment in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity (healthcare experience is an asset), Extensive knowledge of Better Impact is an asset, 2-5 years of Volunteer Management experience is an asset, VMPC membership and certification in Volunteer Administration (CVA) is preferred, 1-3 years of retail experience is an asset, Cash handling and use of an integrated retail POS system experience is an asset.
