Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate-level academic preparation in a health care field (mandatory). Licensure/registration with an approved Alberta Health Profession College (mandatory). Minimum of 5 years of clinical health care delivery and/or administrative experience.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Critical thinking skills to deal with a range of complex situations and problems. Experience in adult education, quality/safety/process improvement, leadership/management, facilitation/conflict resolution, organizational culture/communication, strategic/operational planning. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and LYNC/Skype for Business.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s level academic preparation in a health-care, administrative, and/or research field (desired). Equivalencies may be considered.
