Bachelor’s degree in health-related field required (Masters preferred). An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered. A minimum of 5 years of clinical practice or health related experience required. Previous management experience in a health-related field is required. A valid driver's license and a vehicle are required. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), ePeople/Recruitment Management System, and Environment for Scheduling Personnel (ESP) is required. Annual membership in good standing with an accredited professional association is required.

Experience with Palliative Care
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s in health-related field preferred. Experience in community care preferred. Knowledge of community resources is an asset. Connect Care knowledge/experience Experience with operational process workflow development, implementation and evaluation. Ability to identify operational barriers and work with stakeholders to resolve those barriers using resources responsibly. Experience with Microsoft Excel to manage change projects for your teams.
