Bachelor’s degree in health-related field required (Masters preferred). An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered. A minimum of 5 years of clinical practice or health related experience required. Previous management experience in a health-related field is required. A valid driver's license and a vehicle are required. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), e-People/Recruitment Management System, and Environment for Scheduling Personnel (ESP) is required. Annual membership in good standing with an accredited professional association is required Must have recent experience working with client populations who experience addiction, mental health, dementia within all adult age cohorts. Must have experience working with the geriatric populations.
Additional Required Qualifications:
BScN degree. Experience in the Facility and Supportive Living programs—preferred management experience. Knowledge of the NSWOC certification and scope of practice. Experience in and demonstrated effective outcomes with facilitating team process workflow evaluation, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working experience with ADKAR change management model and evaluation of change management projects/work. Working experience with moderate to complex wound management, comprehensive lower leg assessments, and acute clinical nursing skill implementation in a community setting. Masters in health-related field preferred. Experience working with FSL preferred. Experience with and understanding of how Direct and/or STIT nursing teams operate in Continuing Care.
