Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare profession and a clinical background. Healthcare Provider CPR

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of current, recent and relevant clinical experience. Computer skills in Microsoft office and Connect Care The successful candidate must have a proven record of demonstrating skills in leading teams, developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, and team building; as well as organizational, analytical judgment, change management and decision-making skills; effective oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated clinical expertise is required to make quick decisions in a very busy care setting. Must have the ability to function as a team member.

Preferred Qualifications:

A minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience. Management experience.
