Required Qualifications:

Active or eligible for registration with the applicable College or Association.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Graduate of a recognized school of Respiratory Therapy. Successful completion of CBRC exam. Current BLS certification from the Heart and Stroke Foundation in required. 3-5 years recent pediatric/neonatal critical care experience is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Basic computer skills are required. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

CSRT registration. Current PALS/NRP. Current experience in adult education, designing/delivering education in multiple formats. Experience with high fidelity simulation, scenario design, and debriefing. Recognized simulation training course completion. Previous educator experience. Demonstrated Leadership, clinical instructor skills. Demonstrated advanced continuing education work. Participation on multidisciplinary committees, quality work groups, and as a change champion.
