Completion of bachelor's degree in a health related field. Active registration with the applicable professional association or college.
Additional Required Qualifications:Diploma from accredited Pharmacy Technician program or bachelor’s degree in health-related discipline, active registration as a Pharmacy Technician with ACP or applicable professional association/college. Current/recent work experience as a pharmacy technician in Alberta Health Services and/or Covenant Health Pharmacy is required. Previous experience as a SMORE or experience with pharmacy clinical information system support.
Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of dispensing-related configuration that would contribute to the Pharmacy Connect project. Experience as a Pharmacy Connect Care lead for implementation, barcoding or inventory. Project lead experience with demonstrated ability to positively promote the change process and interface with key partners to discuss issues and work towards resolution.
