Completion of bachelor's degree in Child Life, Education, Psychology or other related field.
Additional Required Qualifications:Master’s degree in art therapy, or graduate level degree in Art Therapy from a program approved by the Canadian Art Therapy Association. Must be registered and in good standing with the Canadian Art Therapy Association.
Preferred Qualifications:Completion of Brain Story Certification preferred. Collaborative Problem Solving Training preferred. Training in other forms of therapeutic arts (Music, play, etc.) preferred. Experience working in a multidisciplinary mental health team. Experience working with children and adolescents with mental illness.
