Active registration with applicable Alberta Regulated Health Profession. Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in clinical practice required. Previous experience in Continuing Care/ Home Care required.

Evidence of initiative, flexibility, and creativity. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, physicians, community agencies, professional colleagues, volunteers, and the community. Evidence of strong commitment to excellence in patient care and Continuing Care accountabilities. Ability to function effectively in a dynamic work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred; however, skills and experience relevant to nursing practice will be considered. Equivalences of education and experience may be considered.
