Completion of an accredited Cardiovascular Perfusion training program. Active or eligible for registration with Canadian Society of Clinical Perfusion (CSCP). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Providers (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:As required.
Preferred Qualifications:Graduate of a recognized Cardiovascular Perfusion training program. The American Board (ABCP) Certification (CCP) may be considered, however, there will be a requirement to move to Canadian Licensing within two years of start date. Continuing education and maintenance of C.S.C.P educational credits are required. Excellent communication skills are a requirement of the position. The ability to create an environment conducive to teamwork is also essential.
