Business Analyst
Your Opportunity:
Are you a highly motivated, tech-savvy Business Analyst who is client-focused and committed to making a difference to the Health Shared Services organization and the larger health care system? We are looking for someone who is conscientious and detail oriented, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with Clinical and IT stakeholders, able to understand the nature of Clinical work and deliver complex IT projects. In the role of a Business Analyst, you will be joining the Clinical Services Projects team supporting Connect Care and other exciting initiatives that transform the delivery of healthcare for all Albertans. Applying your relationship building, communication, documentation, data and requirement analysis skills, you will work closely with and connect various teams within and outside of Health Shared Services to successfully deliver Clinical IT projects.
Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. You will interpret client needs, assess requirements and identify solutions to non-standard issues and requests, provide advice and direction to clients, and contribute to solutions by providing input into strategy, workflows and delivery for assigned projects and programs.

Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience in business analysis in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity (health care experience an asset). Training and certification in Business Analysis, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Agile methodologies.
