Business Analyst
Your Opportunity:
The Health Shared Services, Digital Health (DH) Project Management Office (PMO), Project Demand & Prioritization team plays a key role in the successful delivery of Health Shared Services Digital Health work throughout the delivery lifecycle. Reporting to the Manager DH PMO, Project Demand & Prioritization, the Business Analyst supports Project Delivery & Governance (PD&G), through optimizing processes, tools and the PPM system to support demand, prioritization and governance processes for DH. The role works to develop and mature the PPM system utilization, functionality and reporting to support DH project delivery teams.
Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. You will interpret client needs, assess requirements and identify solutions to non-standard issues and requests, provide advice and direction to clients, and contribute to solutions by providing input into strategy, workflows and delivery for assigned projects and programs.

Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:As required.
Preferred Qualifications:Business Analysis/IIBA Certification preferred. 3-5 years related experience preferred (e.g. business analysis, organizational change management, project management, benefits realization etc.).
