Associate Physician
Your Opportunity:
This is an alternate physician provider role in which the successful candidate will work with a limited medical license issued from the College of Physician and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA). The incumbent will be working at Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre under the direction of an attending surgeon and within a multidisciplinary team setting to deliver acute patient care.
Description:
We are currently hiring multiple Associate Physician positions to support the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre in the following departments: Cardiology, General Internal Medicine, Low Risk Obstetrics, Diagnostic Imaging and Hospitalist Program. These positions represent an opportunity created for International Medical Graduates (IMGs) to be selected and prepared for work as an Associate Physician in clinical departments. IMGs are landed immigrants, Canadian citizens and/or have employment authorization from the Canadian government and fulfill the program requirements.
