Degree or diploma in a related healthcare field, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in healthcare delivery or management. Must demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to integrate clinical excellence into daily operations. Optimism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement and patient- and family-centered care are essential. Proficiency with computer systems, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, analytical thinking, change management, organizational, and project management skills, is required. A solid understanding of the Health Professions Act, related legislation, and professional standards of practice is also necessary. A combination of education, skills, and experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
Current knowledge of clinical practices in respiratory therapy and sleep lab services, graduation from a recognized School of Respiratory Therapy or a related healthcare program, and previous supervisory or management experience. Additional assets include completion of leadership courses or certifications.
