Post-secondary degree in a quantitative field. Knowledge and experience with databases. Excellent quantitative skills and ability to understand and utilize large data sets. Knowledge of statistics and financial analyses. Expertise in using the Microsoft Office suite of products, with advanced knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. Experience working within a large complex organization.

Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to identify and share critical information. Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Tableau experience.
