Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline. A minimum of three years’ experience in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. Experience with database building and data extraction languages, e.g., Structural Query Language. Strong Excel skills required. Experience with statistical programming, such as SAS, or SPSS and data visualization software, e.g., Tableau. Experience in developing strong working relationships and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a strong quantitative focus (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline) is preferred. Healthcare experience is an asset.
