Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. diploma in business or office administration, specialized external certification).
Additional Required Qualifications:Advanced MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and MS Outlook. Exceptional oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in data management, reporting, and statistical analysis. Proven accuracy and attention to detail, creativity, and resourcefulness. This position deals with extremely confidential information related to individual Residents and practicing Preceptors on a routine basis.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Medical Residency Program administration or related experience in a highly responsible administrator role, preferably in an academic or clinical environment. Demonstrated competence in time management, strong planning and organizational skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision and an aptitude for problem solving.
