Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Staff scheduling experience with demonstrated use of related scheduling applications. 1 year of full time equivalent experience in an AHS, ESP Staffing Services Office within the past 5 years. Current working experience in the role of a Scheduler Team Lead within an AHS centralized Staffing Service Center. Timekeeping experience in ESP. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, Alberta Health Services currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.

Preferred Qualifications:

Leadership experience (Delegating, Prioritizing, Coaching, Mediating). Successful completion of the Scheduler Team Lead training and orientation. Knowledge of the applicable collective agreements and pay codes.
