Administrative Support V
Your Opportunity:
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Operations Manager of the Radiopharmaceutical Services of Alberta and provides a high level of administrative support, with minimal guidance and direction, to both the Operations Manager and the Edmonton Radiopharmaceutical Centre. The Edmonton Radiopharmaceutical Centre is a centralized radiopharmacy utilizing unique procedures and systems to supply radiopharmaceuticals to Nuclear Medicine sites across Alberta. The incumbent must be able to perform and address issues related to the administrative operations of this department where there may not be established AHS guidelines. The individual must provide a high standard of interpersonal communication and demonstrate confidentiality, flexibility, and initiative.

As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience with radiopharmacy or similar prescription management software.
Preferred Qualifications:Radiation safety.
