Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Medical Office Assistant/Unit Clerk Certificate or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years full time experience in a business administration/medical office assistant/unit clerk role, demonstrated competence using Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Outlook email.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working within a multidisciplinary team. Experience working with AHS housing. Experience coordinating/scheduling appointments between internal and external stakeholders. Greater than 3 years of full-time administrative experience preferred.
