Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience in customer service including strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient with MS Office, and other IT platforms relevant to the position. Must be able to multi-task in a busy and fast paced environment. Ability to work independently but also demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships with the inter-professional team.
