Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in a relevant field of study, supplemented by additional administrative, business management, project management, computer systems, communications/engagement, public relations, journalism, visual design, brand and/or data visualization courses. Minimum of five years of progressive experience in a large, complex, and diverse organization, preferably in healthcare. Expertise in formatting, grammar, syntax, and proofreading. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Note, MS Teams). This is a typical office position with prolonged (up to 7.75 hours) sitting for computer work. Physical exertion is encountered by bending, sitting, standing, lifting, as required for events and movement of administrative supplies/ materials. Occasional travel to attend or run special events may be required, successful candidate will be required to have access to reliable and safe transportation. A combination of relevant education and work experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of additional courses in administrative, computer, digital media, managerial, project management, and/or leadership is preferred. Prior training in ePeople (payroll, RMS), RMS, E-manager, Markview, iProcure, and iExpense. Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relationships within a healthcare sector is an asset.
