Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of three years of recent administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare organization or related field, is required, along with proficiency in various programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, ePeople, Access, Oracle, and Markview. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in assigned duties are essential. Candidates must demonstrate effective time management, multi-tasking, and organizational abilities to prioritize workloads, as well as advanced computer literacy in programs like Excel and Word. Initiative, flexibility, and independence in a team-oriented environment are highly valued, along with adaptability to change in a fast-paced workplace. Effective interpersonal skills are required for interacting with patients, families, and staff at all levels, and the ability to manage frequent interruptions professionally is a must. The role may involve extended periods of walking, standing, or carrying/pushing objects over 10 lbs., so candidates should be physically prepared for these demands. Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality. Successful collaboration in small teams, showcasing adaptability and professionalism. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a courteous, respectful attitude. Strong initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Payroll experience preferred, with the ability to balance admin and clinical tasks effectively.
