Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration) or equivalent experience. 3 years’ experience in an administrative V position. Proficiency and speed in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point). Demonstrated ability to collaborate. Strong organizational and time management skills. Extensive experience in RMS, ESP, ROCA, Connect Care software programs and SharePoint. Excellent written and verbal communication with basic knowledge in medical terminology. Multiple calendar management with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications:Considerable knowledge in AHS processes including, e-People, MarkView and SharePoint. Familiarity with AHS policies and procedures.
