Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:3 years of full-time experience in progressive administrative levels. Previous experience with AHS RMS (recruitment systems) and e-People payroll experience – 1 year or equivalent HR and payroll experience externally. Previous experience with database management and website management. Attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Minimum intermediate/advanced competency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe (creating fillable forms) – testing will be completed to confirm.
Preferred Qualifications:5 years of full-time experience in progressive administrative levels in a healthcare setting or equivalent senior administrative experience supporting Senior Leaders will be considered. Previous experience managing multiple calendars, taking minutes, creating agendas. Previous financial experience – including expense reconciliation and managing expenses. Previous experience with U of C processes including Research administration.
