Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Advanced skills with MS Office suite, SharePoint development, Adobe Pro and managing shared drive structures. At the time of interview, you will be required to demonstrate your computer proficiency by completing a hands-on assessment. You must demonstrate sufficient typing speed to meet workload demand (60 WPM) and navigate through various computer programs. Minimum of 3 years administrative experience preferably in a health-related environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must demonstrate excellent organizational and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently. Excellent time management skills. Ability to take initiative and handle a variety of assignments with attention to detail. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize work and deal with changing priorities and difficult issues in a sensitive, confidential, and timely manner. Excellent aptitude for interpersonal relations and ability to interact with senior management and other team members in a professional and efficient manner. An excellent attendance record, reliability, and personal suitability demonstrated through employment record or references. Physical demands of the job include sitting for extended periods and using repetitive motions. Preferred Qualifications:

A combination of education and experience may be considered. Working knowledge of AHS systems and processes such as ePeople HR systems and Meditech programs. Experience working in a community environment of the health care system. Intermediate skills using Adobe Media Encoder, Windows Movie Maker, and complex survey development and reporting using Red Cap.
