Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

5 years related work experience in records control or customer service as well as strong leadership skills will be considered. Knowledge of AHS internal record management policy and procedures. Knowledge of FOIP, HIA, PHA, and other acts is essential. Advances working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability in handling emergent and quick response items in a timely manner. Individual must have strong oral and written communication skills, computer adeptness, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The ability to think analytically and pay close attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, under pressure, yet able to meet tight deadlines. Finance experience will also be considered an asset in this role.
