Additional Required Qualifications:Post-Secondary diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources. Equivalent combination of education, experience, and training may be considered. Experience working within large, multi-union organizations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Proficient in client communications via telephone and email, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage and address inquiries.
Preferred Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years of Human Resources experience with a strong aptitude for analytical tasks, including the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information in accordance with various collective agreements and AHS policies and procedures. Demonstrated knowledge and application of integrated human resources information systems, like PeopleSoft.
