Your Opportunity:

You are responsible to several committees - creating/sending out agendas and any attachments; taking concise, objective minutes then circulating and completing any follow-up required from meetings. Creating and maintaining staff schedules for Acute Care. May be required to help fill vacant staff shifts. Experience ordering non-stock/specialty items and coding invoices. Keeping up-to-date phone lists for staff, departments and Code Orange. Site contact for ID and Access Card requests. Enter physician rural on call hours and send in for payment.

As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Knowledge and operation of Connect Care, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Oracle. Experience maintaining SharePoint. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. Displayed ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proven resourcefulness and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

e-People and RMS experience. Payroll and time entry experience. Experience with data admin, CPSM, iProcurement and Grand & Toy orders. Business Administration Certification or experience. Minimum of two years current experience in an administrative role IV or higher within a healthcare environment.
