Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Certificate in office or business administration required. Advanced medical terminology required. 3 years’ experience in the last 5 years scheduling patients required. Demonstrated skill and experience with the Microsoft Office suite of tools. Demonstrated intermediate skill with Excel spreadsheets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Intimate knowledge of the surgical scheduling application in Connect Care. Preference in hiring will be given to candidates with 3 years of recent Surgical Booking, Nursing or Medical Office experience booking patients for appointments/procedures. Experience in EPIC Connect Care system.
