Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum three years’ administrative experience in a interdisciplinary health services setting. Connect Care training and experience, including documenting and scheduling. Advanced proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and cooperate with others in a team environment. Able to be self-directed and resourceful in managing unexpected issues. Adapt well in a fast-changing, innovative environment. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Takes initiative and works well independently in both clinical and virtual settings. Handles confidential patient information responsibly and follows all required records management procedures. A high level of physical effort (up to 30 lbs) may be required related to equipment transfer, storage and assisting clients in waiting room. A high degree of cognitive effort, prolonged periods of sitting and repetitive tasks related to computer work is expected for majority of the shift. Non-violent crisis intervention.
Preferred Qualifications:Mindfulness about cultural and gender diversity and positive regard towards clients. Experience coordinating/managing administrative projects an asset.
