Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of grade 12 diploma or recognized equivalent required. Completion of a Unit Clerk course required from a recognized school. Computer keyboarding skills. Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment. Have a flexible approach to work. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle lifting and carrying multiple charts/supplies and walking long distances. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. A strong commitment to providing Patient and Family Centered Care is essential for this position. Preference will be given to candidates with previous unit clerk experience in a healthcare setting. Please note, this position is a multi-site position that will commence initially at the Cross Cancer Institute but will work at both the Cross Cancer Institute and the Vibe Clinic.
