Additional Required Qualifications:Formal Education: Minimum essential education qualification of the job. Post secondary degree or diploma in Volunteer Program Administration or Human Resources Management. An equivalent combination of experience, education and training may be considered. Training in volunteer management and/or leadership development.
Preferred Qualifications:3-5 years' experience in a similar leadership role within a volunteer service environment in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity preferred. Personal experience as a volunteer required. Demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
