Your Opportunity:

Reporting directly to the Program Director, Provincial Medical Affairs, this position provides a wide range of administrative and Medical Affairs-specific support to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) portfolio, ensuring efficient and effective operations in the assigned area. Key responsibilities include physician invoice review and payment processing, contract documentation management, calendar and meeting scheduling, inbox oversight, and vacation planning and coverage support. The role is diverse and requires the ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and attention to detail. Success in this position relies on strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to act with tact, creativity, and initiative when addressing and resolving issues. The individual must be adaptable and capable of handling both routine and complex tasks with professionalism. Representing the program with a high level of integrity and professionalism is essential when engaging with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The role requires someone who can balance administrative duties with critical Medical Affairs functions, providing seamless support in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experienced professional with a minimum of diploma-level education and over three years in a comparable, ideally healthcare-based, environment. Brings strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Recognized for excellent organizational abilities, strong data analysis and decision-making skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrates initiative and works well independently, while also excelling in collaborative environments. Builds and maintains strong relationships with physicians, program and portfolio leaders, and external stakeholders. Known for a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and workloads. Skilled in managing diverse assignments and experienced with CAP processes for invoicing and contract management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with contracts and payments within Medical Affairs. Proficient in DocuSign and SharePoint. Experience supporting Clinical Alternative Relationship Plans.
