Additional Required Qualifications:Business related course(s), preferably with medical terminology, required. Computer courses/training required. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer programs: Windows, Excel, MS Word, RAIS, Clinibase, e-Scheduler, Outlook, Connect Care, Netcare, Visio, PowerPoint Ability to use audiovisual/Telehealth equipment. Strong interpersonal skills with an engaging and welcoming manner Good telephone skills Ability to work with difficult clients with patience and understanding from a family-centred care perspective. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast -paced environment. Ability to work with multiple professionals and community resources. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with service providers internal and external to AHS. Demonstrated superior verbal and written communication skills in the English language. Demonstrated excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to execute sound clinical judgment and utilize resources judiciously and appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications:Three years of experience working in a clerical position (Admin IV or unit clerk) within a mental health setting preferred.
