Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Proficient with computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Ability to work as a member of a team and to request and accept direction as required. Effective interpersonal and communication skills with team members. Exemplary time management skills. Ability to handle the physical demands of the position: Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time, walking long distances onto the units multiple times a day, answering phones, lifting supplies, filing electronically. Knowledge of the organization, all respective collective agreements and operations of specific areas assigned. This position requires individuals to be able to communicate clearly and regularly with managers and other applicable team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a healthcare setting. Well-developed interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Flexibility and ability to meet the demands of changing priorities and deadlines. Experience with scheduling software and payroll processes.
