Additional Required Qualifications:Experience working in Mental Health, working with vulnerable populations, ability to work in demanding and dynamic conditions. Excellent organizational, problem-solving and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, experience with connect care, experience with ESP/WFM, and timekeeping.
Preferred Qualifications:Mindfulness about cultural and gender diversity and positive regard towards clients. Experience with multi-cultural recovery pathways. Knowledge of an Indigenous language & culture. Knowledge of systemic issues such as poverty and stigma.
