Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Completion of an accredited administrative assistant course or equivalent training program. 2 years clerical experience required, preferably in areas related to ESP staffing/scheduling; experience with Addiction & Mental Health programs preferred. Point of contact between staff and the leadership team. Must have working knowledge/experience of RMS, Oracle (P2P), Grand & Toy, Data Group, e-People, e-facilities, Connect Care, IAM, IT Service Hub, and advance ESP experience. Should already have/or the ability to complete required staffing liaison training. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024. Preferred Qualifications:Minimum 2-year experience working in staff scheduling with ESP. Timekeeping/payroll experience. Thorough knowledge of applicable collective agreements.
