Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Suburb written and verbal communication skills are required as the candidate must interact with multiple utility vendor throughout the province on billing issues and provide utility information or reports to a variety of stakeholders within and external to AHS. This position will be providing training on the web-based utility management system to internal and external stakeholders. Strong time management and organizational skills are required. Strong computer skills required with the ideal candidate having experience working with utility data management and accounts payable software along with a general knowledge of accounting principles. Strong experience with alternate technical software that can demonstrate transferable skills will be considered. Advanced skills with excel would be considered essential to the position. Good skills with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word are essential to the position.
