Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Equivalent experience of 3 years at an intermediate administrative level may be considered. Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management - testing will be completed to confirm. Strong communication skills. Minimum intermediate competency in Microsoft Office (including Excel) (testing will be completed to confirm). Previous experience with calendar management, minute-taking, and creating agendas. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with appropriate tact and diplomacy. Preferred Qualifications:

2 Years of full-time experience in an intermediate administrative capacity in a Health Care setting. 2 years of experience managing calendars, minute-taking, and creating agendas. Previous event or conference planning experience. Previous scheduling experience (health care scheduling preferred). Previous experience with Regional On-Call Applications (ROCA). U of C experience preferred. Medical Terminology.
