Additional Required Qualifications:Proficiency with office applications including but not limited to: Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Proficiency with collaboration platforms including but not limited to: Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Professional communication skills written, verbal and spoken. Ability to work within a team setting and also independently with minimal direction. Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate and accomplish multiple tasks and be flexible and adaptable to emerging priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:Successful completion of a post-secondary administrative support program from an accredited business school/college. Recent experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting in the last 5 years is an asset.
