Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of High School Diploma. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed an Office Administration Diploma or equivalent. Intermediate level MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience. RMS (Recruitment Management System) experience is required. The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision is required. The ability to support and communication to a diverse team. Excellent organizational, time management and customer service is required. Must demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality in all dealings. Working under minimal supervision and direction and working collaboratively in an integrated and virtual office environment, this position is responsible for ensuring administrative support delivery throughout the province and within the zones including: Calendar management. Organizing, preparing for and supporting meetings as requested. Drafting written communications. Strong outlook and excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications:3-4 years working experience preferably in a healthcare or customer-focused setting. Scheduling and Administrative support experience within a healthcare environment. Those with post-secondary education in HR, Business, or Healthcare Admin. Equivalent levels of education and experience may be considered.
